Rihanna has been partying it up since she split with Chris Brown but most of her party pictures were from her club and country hoping. Apparently she was keeping busy at her rented home as well. Her neighbor Christian Moeller is suing Rihanna for allowing people and cars to trespass on her property.

The original owner of the rented home was allowed by the neighbor to allow cars to drive on a portion of her {Moeller} property. But Rihanna abused the privilege and had her friends driving on her neighbors lawn and sometimes just parking on her lawn!!
